From my initial call to the notifications on the day of, it was a pleasant experience. Yousef came out and checked my refrigerator. Mask, gloves and shoe covers on. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in no time. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them.

Dars serviceman came out the same day to do a repair for us. He did not try to sell us on a major repair but rather fixed the problem with the least amount of cost. Knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Will definitely call them again if we need a repair!!

I highly recommend this company. I was very pleased with their service. The repairman - Yousef was extremely courteous, professional, and conscientious. He replaced the icemaker on my refrigerator. I will continue to use him for future repairs on my appliances.

We were very pleased with the service received. Omar, our technician, was prompt, punctual, and reliable. He took his time to access our issue with our dishwasher and explained the problem and solution in detail. Throughout his interactions with us, he was very professional and respectful. Since the repair, our dishwasher has been working efficiently. We would definitely recommend Dars Appliance Repair to future customers.

Upon a second repair attempt in two days, the repairman told us it would be more cost effective to simply buy a new dishwasher. He recommended a specific name brand and gave suggestions for specific features to consider. In addition, he said the office would call and offer us a partial refund. Within half an hour after he left, the office manager did call and offered a refund that was very reasonable partial refund.

The repair was completed last evening so we will see if the fridge continues to work. He called to say he was behind. Arrived on time and explained my problem and options. He was a very pleasant person and I would call on him again. I did no market research so have no real data on value for money but it was certainly in ballpark

I placed a call at 9:00 am within 10 minutes they called back and arrived at my house in the afternoon and fixed my dryer efficiently. Yussef was very courteous and they are very reasonable on their price. Another great job done.

While the vendor couldn't fix the problem, he was very honest at letting us know the appliance was beyond repair. He explained details very clearly. I would work with him again.

We called early Saturday morning to see if they could service our dryer. We were told they could be there in the afternoon. We received a call when the repair man was 20 minutes away. He diagnosed the problem quickly, gave a fair estimate and had the dryer repaired in no time. I highly recommend this company. Great service. Excellent price.

I highly recommend Dars Appliance Repair. The owner responded and came out the same day that I called...and on a Saturday! He spent a considerable time trying to repair my washing machine. In the end, he thought I would be better to buy a new machine, and only charged me for the service call. He was knowledgeable, and very professional. I will always be sure to call him in the future for any other repairs I might need.

Called for a noise with my dryer, gentleman came and seemed to know what the issue was right away. Did not have the parts and had to order them. Came a few days later and replaced the old parts with the new. However, the noise came back within the next few days. Called back and he came to check on it, said that since it was an old dryer it will make noise. This did not fix the issue but assured the dryer was still safe and cleaned the dryer vent. Said it is time probably time for a new dryer. This is a family owned and operated business and they seem to really care and appreciate their customers.
